The Annual Fund is the primary source of funding that provides vital support to the activities of the organization both at Tara Mandala Retreat Center and beyond. Given the evolving needs of a growing organization, general support of this campaign is the most helpful to Tara Mandala as it offers the flexibility to invest where the opportunities and needs are most pressing.

Organizational Strategic Priorities
- Funding the first clinical trial for the Feeding Your Demons® practice developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione
- Launch of the new FYD Certification Program
- The launch of a new and improved Tara Mandala Website with integrated customer accounts and a learning platform
- New and improved internet service and infrastructure, related equipment, and server archiving plan at the retreat center
- Development of the Wisdom Rising Online Program and Mandala Training Program
- Repairs to existing retreat cabins, including the addition of solar, improved water systems and new flooring
- Support of Drupön Lama Karma and his wife Drolkar from Bhutan
- Funding of a new resident Tibetan Translator
- Funding for $37,000 in scholarships offered through the Evada Fund and the Fund for Diversity, Inclusion & Equity
- Kick off of two to three year Master Planning Process, including upgrades to our septic and water systems
- Funding for new strategic roles including Business Development, Assistant Spiritual Director, Director of Operations, and Online Programs Manager
- Funding for Tara Mandala David Petit Sustainability Fund, which over time will generate funds to supplement our earned income.

- Completion of a new resident cabin
- Construction of eight new tent cabins on platforms for resident housing
- Year-round teachings for residents, including Cultural Literacy and Diversity training, Umdze and Chöpon training, Lojong Training, Feeding Your Demons® and White Dakini Sadhana
- Pay increases for key long term staff
- Tara Mandala Retreat Center Land Improvements and Equipment
- Upgrades to the land’s water treatment system, including electricity at our well house
- New “Ratna” Dining Tent
- New dish sanitizer and buffet tables
- New bedding for Prajna Residence Hall
- New Tara Mandala land vehicles
