Experience the Teachings

The Buddha offered us a wealth of teachings for all areas of life. His most fundamental teaching is The Four Noble Truths. When we examine these truths, especially as beginners, we start to change our relationship to our suffering.

In the Sutrayana Virtual Retreat with Lopön Polly Ryan, interweaved with inspiring stories of the Buddha’s life, we will also cover these other fundamental teachings:

The Twelve Links of Causation (The Twelve Nidanas)
The Three-Fold Trainings: Ethics (Shila), Meditation (Samadhi), Transcendent Wisdom (Prajna)
The Eightfold Noble Path
The Four Seals

For a glimpse into the upcoming Sutrayana retreat, you can watch Lopön Polly teach on the chain of causation from the Wheel of Life, which is the cycle of death and rebirth known as samsara, in this short 13 min video. To watch, click on the video, or click here »
