“I like to think of intentions as planting seeds in a garden … for what you want to harvest later.”
~ Magyu Dorje Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam

Why do we feed our demons? In this video Dorje Lopön Charlotte and Lopön Pieter Oosthuizen explain the benefits of this practice.
Level I Training:
Learn the five-step process of FYD created by Lama Tsultrim Allione, that allows you to offer compassion and understanding to your own inner demons rather than engaging in battle and struggling with them. Learn more »
Level II Training:
Expand your FYD toolkit and deepen your roots in the Tibetan Buddhist practices that shaped FYD. Level II is also an important step in becoming a FYD Facilitator, so that you may offer this invaluable method of healing to others. Learn more »
Both retreats are required for the Magyu Mother Lineage Program.
THE FYD EXPERIENCE
What does Virtual Retreat offer?
The Feeding Your Demons: Kapala Training Virtual Retreats are a more intensive experience, with more teacher “face time” for ease of learning and clarifying understanding. There is also more group sharing and Question and Answer opportunities. Within this more condensed timeframe we undergo profound individual transformation and, holding our intentions freshly in mind, create a powerful momentum as a group. With Level II, we reinvigorate our intentions, and with Level I we plant the seeds for walking this path of healing together.
