We are pleased to announce new opportunities to join the Feeding Your Demons® Online Certification Program. Feeding Your Demons (FYD) is an accessible and effective method developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione that helps transform and heal negative emotions, fears, illnesses, and self-defeating patterns. This Online Course consists of video teachings and guided meditations with Lama Tsultrim, with live video teachings and support from senior teachers Dorje Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam and Lopön Pieter Oosthuizen.

• Tuition for the onsite Certification Capstone retreat
• Authorization to use FYD with others as a Certified Facilitator (upon graduation)
• All the relevant FYD forms (pdf downloads)
• One year access to the program
