Drs. Paula van Lammeren is a psychologist (MSc), living in the Netherlands. She worked as a scientific researcher at the Netherlands Institute of Mental Health and Addiction and taught at the Utrecht University on preventive mental health care. She is trained in Transpersonal Psychology, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, psychosynthesis and yoga. For ten years she was executive director and teacher of the school of ‘Being-orientation’ a modern approach on the integration of psychotherapy, bodywork and Buddhism. On this subject she wrote two books. Since 2000 she is psychotherapist and spiritual trainer at Larijs Trainingen. She has a Skype video coaching practice with clients who live at a distance.

In 1992 she started practicing Tibetan Buddhism. She is a student of Minling Khandro Rinpoche, Tsoknyi Rinpoche and Lama Tsultrim Allione.
