Dharma Friends is a monthly community gathering hosted by Megan Mook and Kevin Townley at Tibet House, NYC and Online. Each month features a specific Dharma theme with special guests including Buddhist teachers, artists, professors, comedians and musical guests. 

In the final event of our Winter Cycle, Lopön Karla Jackson Brewer will introduce The Ally Practice. This is a stand alone practice, participants learn to call in the support of their spiritual allies. The evening will conclude with a soothing sound meditation using a variety of instruments.

Location: This event will be held in-person, with an option to join online. All participants will be sent the Zoom link before the event, and the recording after the event. Each ticket covers in-person or online attendance.
