Means for Accomplishing the Guru and Continuing Troma Secret Instructions from the Osel Nyingtig Cycle

With Lama Tsultrim Allione and Dorje Gyaltsab Tulku Ösel Dorje

December 6 - 8, 2024

We are pleased to offer to the Tara Mandala Sangha and Ösel Nyingtig program students for the first time this profound teaching from the Ösel Nyingtig terma Cycle for accomplishing the Guru known as the Secret Thigle. This practice was revealed in Tibet in 2007 by A.dzom Paylo Rinpoche when he met Guru Rinpoche in person in a pure vision at Samye Monastery in Central Tibet. The rarity and freshness of this lineage make this practice for accomplishing the Guru, who encompasses the wisdom body of all the Victorious Ones, incredibly special. This retreat is open to all with the aspiration to attend and offers the final practice within the Ösel Nyingtig that completes the three roots (Lama, Yidam, and Dakini).

Who Can Attend?

Tara Mandala extends a warm invitation to all Sangha members interested in practicing a Guru Rinpoche Sadhana to avert the prophecy of 2030. If you are not part of the Ösel Nyingtig program or did not receive the first Troma Secret Instruction, please specify that you are enrolling only for the Guru Sadhana when registering. Those in the Ösel Nyingtig program will be meeting in a private session to receive the second set of instructions, but all other sessions are open for everyone who registers. If you need clarification on the retreat please contact us at oselnyingtig@taramandala.org.

What to Expect?
Anyone with the aspiration to receive this sadhana can take the retreat as a blessing and then choose whether or not to make a practice commitment. Those who are officially in the Ösel Nyingtig program will be asked to commit to doing the practices taught in this retreat every day until we meet again as they have for the other Ösel Nyingtig practices. There may be a session where the Ösel Nyingtig program students receive teachings on Secret Troma, and the rest of the Guru Rinpoche Sadhana participants will be practicing together, but please know the entire retreat is for the benefit of all registered and offered at the same price point. We will rejoice in the blessings of this terma together!

Recording Access:
All participants will have a 1-year access period to the recordings.

What is a Tara Mandala Online Program?
Tara Mandala offers online programming via live and pre-recorded curriculum that allows you to access dharma teachings, engage in guided practice, and experience personal retreat and hands-on learning while connecting with other participants through easy-to-use online platforms and an engaged community network. When needed, the program description and schedule will inform you in advance if and when a specific online session must be attended live if a direct transmission (Tib. lung) may be given. Access to recordings of all sessions will be available for additional viewing for one year.
