Karla Jackson-Brewer
Karla Jackson-Brewer is an advanced student of Lama Tsultrim Allione and has been practicing Tibetan Buddhism for the past 22 years. She has traveled to Tibet and assisted Lama Tsultrim in teaching Chöd for the past 11 years. She is an entrepreneur and the co-founder of Sine Qua Non: Allies in Healing – an integrative therapy practice in New York City. Ms. Jackson-Brewer has been serving clients in the area of personal emotional growth for the past 31 years and has offered workshops in Feminist Spirituality, Yoruba Belief System, and meditation. She is a professor at Rutgers University in Women’s & Gender Studies and Africana Studies Departments. She is also an initiated priest in the West African Yoruba system of Ifa.
