Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea. Classes are breath inspired journeys that offer a complete spectrum of rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to the challenging and empowering. Students of all levels will experience classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow utilizing mandala namaskars to awaken strength, fluidity, vital energy, as well as relaxed being, to enhance and integrate the meditation teachings throughout the weekend. Ritual classes and teachings will be a catalyst for transforming regressive tendencies and awakening the potency, creativity, and calm abiding that resides in us all.
