Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo will be a guest teacher during part of the Mahayana retreat and will teach on the 37 precepts of a Bodhisattva. Lama Tsultrim will teach the Prajnaparamita practice and the Heart Sutra as well as the Four Immeasurables (Loving Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity), the historical development of Mahayana, and a brief introduction to the Mahayana philosophies of Yogacara and Madhyamika.

The afternoon event, An Afternoon Event “Intimate Dialogue ~ Dharma Stories and Favorite Teachings”, with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo and Lama Tsultrim on June 14 is included in the retreat fee for those attending the Mahayana.
Because it is within 30 days before the start of the retreat, full payment is required to register.
About the Teachers
Lama Tsultrim Allione, author and international teacher, founded Tara Mandala with her late husband, David Petit, in 1994. Tara Mandala was inspired by a vision she had of a Western retreat center, while living in the Himalayas in the 1970s. Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo was raised in London and became a Buddhist while still in her teens.
