Date and Time Details: This retreat begins with a mandatory registration from 2pm to 4pm. This retreat will end after lunch on the last day.

Location: Tara Mandala Retreat Center

Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo will be a guest teacher during part of the Mahayana retreat and will teach on the 37 precepts of a Bodhisattva. Lama Tsultrim will teach the Prajnaparamita practice and the Heart Sutra as well as the Four Immeasurables (Loving Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity), the historical development of Mahayana, and a brief introduction to the Mahayana philosophies of Yogacara and Madhyamika.

Suggested Dana: $240 – $320

The afternoon event, An Afternoon Event “Intimate Dialogue ~ Dharma Stories and Favorite Teachings”, with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo and Lama Tsultrim on June 14 is included in the retreat fee for those attending the Mahayana.

 

Because it is within 30 days before the start of the retreat, full payment is required to register.

Lama Tsultrim Allione, author and international teacher, founded Tara Mandala with her late husband, David Petit, in 1994.
