This one hour documentary, filmed and directed by Jaap Verhoeven, highlights Lama Tsultrim Allione’s early life, her discovery of Tibetan Buddhism, and her four years as a nun in India. Lama Tsultrim shares her journey of raising children, personal challenges, and her unceasing quest to bring the sacred feminine to light. The film also features the creation of Tara Mandala, the retreat center Lama Tsultrim founded in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and the development of the ground-breaking Feeding Your Demons™, a 5-step process that enables ones to compassionately engage with one’s demons, rather than continue the cycle of struggle and suppression. Filmed in Lahaul, Manali, and Tso Pema (India) and at Tara Mandala (USA).

Lama Tsultrim Allione will hold a Q&A after the film.
