Cady Holtkamp to assume Executive Director Position

Cady HoltkampWe are happy to announce that Cady Holtkamp has accepted our invitation to become Tara Mandala’s new Executive Director. Cady has been our Director of Finance for the last year, during which time she has brought exceptional skill and efficiency to her position, and made improvements to benefit the entire organization. Cady came to Tara Mandala from her native Key West, Florida, where she was a member of the Tara Mandala Sangha. She was the Co-Founder and Director of Just 4 Kids Art Center, a nationally recognized community outreach program for underprivileged youth, giving her non-profit experience from the ground up. Her business background is in real estate, handling multi-million dollar estate sales in Key West, and serving on the Board of the Professional Association of Real Estate Agents in Key West. We are honored that Cady has agreed to bring her talents, warm heart and deep commitment to this important position at Tara Mandala. Some of Pieter and Charlotte’s various responsibilities will be redistributed among current staff and part time employees, allowing Cady to hold the broader vision and strategic development of Tara Mandala. Cady will take on the Executive Director position at the end of August.
