Offering Teacher Dana
Dana is a Pali and Sanskrit word meaning “generosity.” Dating back to the time of the Buddha, there has always existed an interdependence between those who offer the teachings and those who receive them.
Dharma teachings are traditionally offered on the basis of dana which is offered to a teacher in recognition of the precious gift that has been given. When dana is offered, tendrel or “auspicious interdependence” is created between the teacher and the student. Most teachers dedicate their lives to teaching and often have no other source of income. Some donate all of their dana to Dharma activities.

How to offer dana:
To give dana, you must first have a PayPal account. Next, find the PayPal information of your teacher below. If your teacher has a PayPal.me page, click the “Give Dana Here” link to visit your teacher’s account directly. For teachers without a PayPal.me, log into your PayPal account and use the teacher’s email address provided to find their account.
